Under the SME Support component of INTAJ program – Mercy Corps, LEAD had conducted 10 weeks’ consultancy project for 5 dispensaries in Tripoli for the aim of implementing a quality management system and develop, closely with the beneficiaries, business plans to ensure their long-term sustainability and keep them operating along with the Ministry of Public Health’s strategic vision. The intervention included (1) assessing the centers’ compliance with the national current standards and norms, (2) staff mentoring, (3) implementing on weekly basis workshops and training to ensure adequate understanding of the provided materials and (4) providing of continuous support and follow-ups.
