Training and Competencies Building:
Training is considered a core service as well as a weapon that enables LEAD to compete and invest its assets to serve the surrounding communities. Through trainings, LEAD is able to transmit their consultancy services in a smoothest and effective way. LEAD is dedicated to helping any healthcare organization achieving its objectives and improvement plan by providing it with the means and the know-how to path its way towards continuous success.
Our training program is built upon evidence-based science and practical experience offered by the trainers. Our carefully selected multidisciplinary team of instructors are proﬁcient in at least three different languages: Arabic, English and French. The trainers’ teaching methodologies include interactive presentations, workshops, case studies, small quizzes and teamwork exercises. However, each course is tailored according to its content and the target audience. Hence, our training program is ﬂexible and can certainly be customized for each of our clienteles.
