LEAD has a systematic methodology that follows when planning for any type of project or service delivery. Once the type of project is clearly defined, the selection of the skilful consultants of which their expertise matches the need of the project is completed. Afterwards, a focus group is formed during which brainstorming activities are undertaken.

A committee dedicated to LEAD’s team sets the ethical approaches and the operational procedures to be pursued from the beginning of the project towards its completion and closing phases. This committee is always involved in the progression of each assumed project through regularly meeting sessions; it supports and guides the professionals, manages risks, and prevents conflict of interests. LEAD relies on upon already internationally approved standards set by knowledgeable bodies (e.g. International Organization for Standardization ISO) to normalize the workflow of any healthcare establishment.
