As healthcare professionals working in the medical field, we were totally conscious of the importance of having an effective and efficient management system for the sake of providing better medical quality services. Based on this perception, we were motivated for pursuing our higher education in health management and discover deeper this underestimated science.

The pursued studies gave us a wider prospect beyond expectations about the health management field including all its levels starting from the minimal tasks moving to the highest organizational strategies. As we got the chance to find jobs in the core of our specialty directly after the completion of our studies, this reflected the need for specialized professionals that possess the know-how and skills in the field of health management precisely for management organizations. Since the Lebanese market lacks the presence of competent and expert business development providers that are highly needed due to the economic crisis that we are still witnessing today, the foundation of LEAD Healthcare Consultancy Company arises. The main groundwork of LEAD is to make its beneficial services reach as much as possible any healthcare organization. In the beginning, this idea was just a dream, however, once we approached towards the smaller steps, this dream came true. Ever since LEAD’s inception, that was initiated by only two healthcare professionals, LEAD’s team has grown to be more than 20 personnel.

Even LEAD’s scope of practice had expanded to encompass various projects and services covering different health-related fields. The first business started at the beginning of 2015, and opportunities are still growing to wider scopes. We are confident that without the commitment of our team, LEAD will not exceed everyone’s expectations as it is considered a pioneer of healthcare management and consultancy in North Lebanon.
